I really, really loved our time in Asia! And your footage of our wonderful time there. My memories, however, are much more intense than the videos could ever portrait: the feelings of joy and excitement we all shared, the surprises, the wonderful smells, the friendliness everywhere. I thoroughly enjoyed your videos with you and your family. Your mother is what we in the US would call a "good sport," and I can see where you got your wonderful personality from. She was really thrilled to see you and really enjoyed her time in Thailand. As you said, how can two weeks go by so fast? Saying goodbye is always difficult. Hopefully, they will all still be in good health and able to come back for another Asian adventure with you next year. Philippines is a good choice or maybe Chiang Mai and northern Thailand. The only downer is the 30-hour travel time to get back home, that was a shock to me.

Your mother's love is so obvious and it's easy to see where you gained your compassionate and caring nature, it is no wonder that she is proud of you as I'm sure so many of your followers are. Your mother is very sensitive and aware and open to new experiences. I found her description of older people in Thailand vs Germany an astute observation. And even more telling was her comment "I guess they have to work, its not by choice"...showed me that she can see other's circumstances in a bigger picture and she didn't totally romanticize stranger's existences.

Good byes are the hardest part to do when it comes with your family especially to part ways with your mum… I teared up watching this video because it reminded me of my sons… I have three sons and two live abroad… Whenever I visit them and have to return at the end of my visit I go thru the pain of having to say goodbye to them and wait when I will visit them again… I could relate to what your mum felt saying bye to you… She was such a sweet person and I enjoyed all your videos you shared with your family… Even your aunty and uncle were so loving ❤

Hi Ken and lovely Family, it was great watching all the videos of the family trip to Thailand especially when first meeting your Mam ( Mam are the best ) as she embraced you and then the look on her face and your aunt and uncle with the new experiences in Thailand this video was a bit sad because I know how it feels living away from home ( Ireland/Dublin ) and now living with my Thai wife in Brisbane/ Australia. We are now on holiday around Italy, Spain, France, Amsterdam, Dublin with my wife favourite Thai cousin from NaN. Your mother is very proud of you and tells you so with is beautiful in its self. Then listing her 5 most memorable experiences wonderful. It was sad to say goodbye but hopefully only a short time. Look forward to your new adventures keep up the great work Cheers Irish Paul
