I'm happy to have found this video, and thanks for making it. I've owned mine since about 2005 and used it to cover a lot of Classic Rock territory. I came to a way of thinking about the tone stack controls named "Punch" (ch 1) and "Growl" (ch 2). For Punch, counter clockwise settings are more Fender-y. The more you twist it clockwise, it becomes more "Vox-y" In the middle of the range, it's close to something like an AC-15. Similarly, for Growl, the more counter clockwise you go, the more Vox-like it can sound. As you twist towards clockwise, it becomes more Marshall like. This is not necessarily literally true, or how it was designed. It just helps me when I am looking for certain sounds.

@@jakubpodesva9802 very nice, the clean channel is particularly good and a fantastic pedal platform. The main reason I list the tech 21 amp is that it sounds good, is very can cover various styles, does not weight a ton like a tube amp and is highly reliable and cheap! What was your experience with the Laney amp?
