You can at RadioShack! Only way you could do an LED with a 2.6V capacity is to use a resistor. Assuming your LED is 20mA, you'd want a 47 ohm resistor. The color code for 47 ohms is yellow violet black. [1/8W or greater]
I. Rodrigues good point. I really like the pitch fader from the mk5. Tides nice and smooth. A lot easier to beat match. Have you done that mod? If so what do you set them at? Thx
help please!I have problem with the pitch indicator .I cheched and replace the led but in zero does not indicates.Any ideas? The fader is completely clean!
stratsify I am guessing you uses one of the new pitch faders for an mk3 or mk5. My guess. Nothing wrong with it. Or you installed the LEF the wrong way. Don’t forget the longer leg from the LED is the positive
You must not bend the Contacts of the LED or any other Stuff web you solder it on a Plate like this. The must go Straight through the Hole, and when the stuff has cooled , you cut it. AMEN !
I ordered a blue led kit from icecoldcustoms and after I put the blue led on the turntable good and everything it wouldn't turn on and I tried putting the old led and it worked! I'm lost in what it could be if its the led being the wrong one or what.
+Ricardo Sandoval It was a low-voltage LED so no resistor was needed. No square, so I put it right against the hole, and had to diffuse because it was BRIGHT!
Sit down, sir. You're being an idiot. To this day, they still work as good as new. Then again, you're not even a professional who uses Technics day to day.
