I’ve lived in chastity for yrs now and it’s hard to quit any sin, but the longer you restrain from the sin, the easier it gets and the better you feel. Not to mention how glad you make the Lord our God:)

What you mention is exactly the opposite, that comes from God not from man. What about Jerusalem is the city of God?
