Hi guys and thanks again for these helpful release webinars! I just need to point for listener comfort that the sound quality is quite bad. I think this is not the first time sound is an issue with these episodes. Perhaps for future you could get some sound technician to make sure we get this right? Thanks!
Thank you. I appreciate the comments. We are always looking for ways to improve. On episodes between April 2018 and October 2019, we were forced in to a phone bridge and had poor audio. We are now using our webcams or studio microphones to improve this. Given that many presenters do not have high end recording equipment, we are constrained sometimes by people having to USB headsets or Airpods, for example. Again, we are looking at ways of improving and appreciate the feedback.
