An entry to medium format GFX50 updated body - either modular or not form factor would be amazing. Seeing as Fuji isn’t interested in FF, MF would have the ability to trample on the competition. we still definitely need more video glass though
I think the next GFX camera will be 50MP with IBIS. A new 100MP camera would kill the current sales of the GFX100. The GFX 50R was a surprise success and seems to be an extremely popular camera, you can't find it in stock anywhere. I got to spend some time with the GFX 50S and it's an amazing camera system that beats full frame in image quality, but you have to change how you shoot with the camera. I will be investing in a GFX camera in 2021.
I'm leaving Fuji because they refuse to give us fast weather sealed primes, they keep updating old lenses that no one is asking for and refuse to open technology so Sigma/Tamron can make lenses. That being said. Anyone that wants to buy a Fuji XT3 with whole rig setup, let me know.

It's Sigma who said that Fujifilm sales have to increase before they produce for Fuji, so it's not their fault. Secondly, what non-WR lens are you missing?
