Got these set up and they work great. Do you know of it’s possible to control all 4 outlets using one voice command? If so I haven’t been able to figure it out just yet.

I'm trying to configure my SP10 sockets but the list of lighting shows a square device, not a round one, and the prompts when I click Add a device are different. It prompts me to click the 'reset' button and wait for a small flashing light on the front of the device. There is no reset button and no small light on the front to flash. I scanned the QR code on the box to get the APP. I don't know how to get the same prompts you are showing in this video.

look at my channel. i just posted a video today on how to make a power strip work. these are all the same. the reset button on this is probably the power button on the side. it doesn't matter square or round.. you want a smart plug picture or drawing

Was able to get them configured even though the prompts are entirely different. The trick was a small option to check that you confirm the lights are blinking, that then allows you to click on the 'NEXT' button.

Turns out you need to add alexa and your Amazon sign-in information into the app... it's not automatic.

no-- you can use a smart plug with the cellphone app... you dont need alexa

Can’t give you a thumb down, but you didn’t include how you linked to your Echo. Obviously you did that before. You linked accounts and added the skill. I can’t add the skill because I get an error saying my Smart Home Account doesn’t exist. So i have to wait until it “exists” and then I can add the skill etc etc.

i have posted about 15 videos on smart plugs outlets lights and setting up the accounts. It would take me forever to delete my account and then set it up again in each video since this is all to help people and I get no pay for this and usually a lot of negative comments for helping others.. no one donates to my paypal or does anything even when they save a fortune with some advice from my videos-- so I do only so much since it is rarely paid back in kindness-- thumbs up or down doesn't matter to me.. I still post videos and help when I can
