I can never get smart sockets to work. I have just trashed nine sockets. Smart Sockets are not for me. Great Video.

Gosund app in ios would not sync with Gosund product - returned them because I didn't know about the other app. Thank you.

I’m looking to buy a totally wireless outdoor camera to monitor the outside of my house The problem I have is that my WiFi sucks at my house I have the fastest speed available according to my phone company plus I can’t get any type of cable WiFi because it doesn’t come by my house My ??? Is what other alternatives do I have to get a camera or multiple cameras to go outside that’s truly wireless that I can monitor while I’m gone to work I heard or read that there’s cameras that works through R F. Radio frequency kinda or exactly like ur phone does Do u know anything much about the R F cameras and how they work. I don’t want to pay a monthly monitoring fee Thanks in advance!!

I was excited to see these products until I found out that it is unclear whether I can safely use them with heaters. My landlord doesn’t have insulation for the water pipes and he doesn’t want them to freeze. But I’m not at home every night

Annette, this video is more of a review about the smart plugs. The install may vary based upon the app you are using on the phone, and also the plug that you buy. However, they are very easy to setup if you follow the instructions. If you are having trouble installing then let me know and I will help.

what is a "hub"? Is that internet wifi? Will these work if one does not have wifi? Can they just use the wifi that is built into the phone? This was not clear.

There is no Wi-Fi “built into the phone” you need to learn a few things to be able to fully understand how they work just saying
