+tripelon I think it was a thing from the Taken movie franchise. Seth has a thing for Liam Neeson. There was also an episode of Family Guy where Peter told everyone Liam was a pussy and got beaten up by him in the end.
+tripelon He's buying a Breakfast Cereal.. but he's under the impression that Trix are ONLY for kids. He didn't want to appear like a pedophile. So he starts asking about it, to make sure he doesn't get in to trouble. it's a pretty dry/lame joke but, the fact that Liam's acting made the scene so serious, just added to the humour.. which is what made it funny.
+tony Martinez That's how they really say it, one of my old army buddies was from Boston and he would say it like that. I couldn't understand him sometimes, especially when he would get road rage
A nightclub could get shot up and dozens of people die, and the Internet will still put a Crying Jordan Spongegar Pepefrog face in the club within hours of the event ending..
Both Seth MacFarlane and Mark Wahlberg originally planned to attend the flight during 9/11 but had a hangover, so that's why both of them uses jokes in this grotesque manner.
What happened was that the "Charlie hebdo" Magizine had a picture of Muhammad on the cover. 2 Muslim extremists came in and killed 12 people in the charlie hebdo offices. 11 were injured.
+Josh Berroth I even think that some of these events didn't happen at the time of shooting the scene, but were added at the last minute. I mean, you can have Ted say anything and the response of the stand-up comedian would still be correct. And because of that -- the awkward 'too soon' feeling is what makes this work.
