I couldn't care less about sports, I rarely enjoy "feel good" shows/movies, and I was so sure I wasn't going to like this show. But I decided to watch one episode just to see what all the buzz was about. Well, a week later I've finished season 1 and I adore this show despite myself. This is the last thing I would've thought I'd like, but it's one of the best things I've seen in a long time. Every episode so far has left me smiling and also scratching my head thinking "How is this so good? How did they do that?"

I’m not a football fan at all but my Dad watches it & I’ve seen odd scenes when round there, but this comment just made me want to watch it myself 😊

This show is like a rough diamond. Quite a lot of slightly overwritten dialogue and the acting is not always on point but the sheer honesty and feel good nature of it just makes it irresistible. A truly enjoyable watch

@@kevinemiliovlogs425 depends what your bar is for good dialogue and acting. After Succession or The White Lotus , this show is just aboit average for me. I do understand it's a different genre but still, a lot of oneliners that could have been good don't really land. I'm not even talking about the character development in S3, it's like all the work done up to this point is binned.

I would highly recommend this show! I’m not a big “football” fan but you don’t have to be to love it! I’m only here to show my fiancé the trailer bc I want to rewatch it with him! Two thumbs up!

First, it's not a movie. Second, your predictions are what bombed, unfortunately... The Movie rating and response skyrocketed. Check your review compass friend, might be a bit off..
