I saw them last night in CBus. Susan absolutely sent tingles up and down my spine singing this song. She took us all to church on a raining Monday night in Ohio. She was so amazing. Best ever.
God I wish I could meet a woman who loves TTB, Joe Bonamassa and Warren Haynes among other great blues artists. All the good ones must be taken because the women I meet dont even know the great artists
I saw the band play this in Berlin 3 years ago, I was not familiar with the song, it was a mind blowing performance from the band and Susan's voice and passion had the tears running down my face. Beautiful.
What is your schedule. After a decade plus I would love to see you around here. You were here in columbia heights mn and someone called to tell me at midnight!! Really would love to know when or if you're around. The Twin Cities is usually good for a crowd somewhere.
Ya'll should hear Troy Cassar-Daley and Jimmy Barne's version of this song too. It's great. Not as sublime as Ms Susan Tedeschi here, but still, yeah just listen to it.

Good words, how did you find them? I think they are much more relevant in a certain sense and quite appropriate for our times and understanding. I do, however as an esthetic tip of the hat on occasion, like reference to a throwback time of chivalry and that concept of respect and romanticism. Anyway, thanks for posting.
