Teenage engineering should be paying you for this. In two demos you have managed to show many of the amazing features that make this little machine so desirable. Thanks.
+oscillated Seriously though! +Thomas Le Du your two vids are better advertisement for that little synth than anything I've seen! Please grace the interwebs with more awesome compositions!
This is like a master class where I have to rewind all the time to go back and see what the heck you did.. Very informative! I love how you changed the octave while holding in the chords to change them as you were playing.
I learned more about how to use my OP-1 from watching your workflow in that video than I think I did from all of the instructions on the TE site. Glad I stumbled across this video!
Wow, love how you built that live like that.... so seamless. Also loved how you put “the Cow” on the whole mix and totally sonically destroyed everything like that! Mad Op-1 skills bro!
Bravissimo..Difficile far ció con uno strumento all'apparenza semplice.. I miei sinceri complimenti anche per l altro video.. Spero che tu ne faccia altri..
Fantastic work here. I may be a nube, but how do you get those hash marks in the tape view that seem to indicate tempo? Mine shows no such demarcations.
+Windy City Hi, don't worry, if my memory is good enough, you have to go to the Tempo menu and then turn the green knob until Beat Match is lighted up and then you will see the bars and they will be synced with your tempo. Don't hesitate to tell me if doesn't work. Good luck :)
Well, I think I did this video 6 months after I bought this synth. But it is really simple to learn how to use it and it's a lot of fun to play with :)
When you are in the Synth mode you need to click on the button labeled "4" which is for LFO and choose the gravity activation ("G") to activate the effect you want. Tell me if you don't find it !
awesome video man! i don't seem to have gravity when i press shift+4 on synth mode. i only have tremolo, random, midi, etc. but no gravity. where did u find it?
Wow, fuck, I have to check it again but I'm quite sure it is in shift+4 mode... And you can choose the triggering mode (G for gravity, knob logo for knobs etc.). I will have a look whenever I can. Thanks for the support mate ;)
