My friend L. Kazama said the same thing on my Instagram post for this video. 💯 The OGs definitely have a lot of history... maybe the launch version of T8 will get some more special intros!
Keep in mind that here in Tekken 8, Jin actually wants to fight Hwoarang as seen in their intro together but in previous games he either has an excuse for not fighting him and walks away or just avoids him altogether.
@@nuredingeziqi679They both hate Kazuya enough to nullify their hate for each other. Besides, they've had time to talk, and Jin is pretty similar to Lars, just more utilitarian.
Watching the Tekken: Bloodlines anime on Netflix really made me miss their relationship, or what it couldve been in the games, its so nonexistent currently, fingers crossed she has some sort of involvement in the story, even if its just like 1 scene lol
@@iLloyd6 She def does. Have you seen the new story trailer? She's with Claudio and Zafina, arguably the two most important B characters in the story. She is going to be important for sure. Probably Jin's anchor when he has to fight DJ at some point.
Exactly at 222💅🏾 IndiaTimes Seeing 222 is likely sending a message to focus your attention on your heart connections, meaning friendships, romantic relationships and family ties, according to Wilder. ...I pulled that from Google but it's a good excuse to say this is a sign they should just get together already yall- (true meaning of the number or not it's still a sign✨️)
I think that Jin and Jun interaction deserves more work, they just changed the quote, but their animations are the same as a regular battle. After all these years, while Jin was frustrated thinking that his mother was dead, it's too poor. Even with Xiaoyu has unique interaction.
Funny how past gen T7 and SF5 had great soundtracks while MK1 OST was mid af. Now the roles are reversed and T8 OST doesn't live up to series standards, SF6 music is generic hip hop trash and MK1 has the best themes NRS has ever done imo.
Appreciate the respect Jin gave to Hwoarang with that kick as that's his martial art. Also dig the track at the end. Catchy with some Final Fight? More professional than slapping the subscribe button over videos that are still running when you're trying to look behind. Zehr Gut.
These small interactions between Jin and all the non Kazuya characters really make me kinda like him… like I know he’s an asshole and has done horrible things… but idk some of these interactions just seem sweet.
Even though Bloodline was a recreation of T3’s story, I was immediately reminded of that through Jin’s interactions here. There’s a level an earnestness and trust, it’s nice and refreshing to see. Also, in my opinion, Jin was only an asshole in T6 with the darker characterization, to which I still don’t like to this day because it nearly destroyed his character overall.
@@maverick9357 people in the tekken fandom (or ig just like fans of those two characters) ship them ig bc they want like an enemies to lovers thing but idk if I really see myself 😭
@@ThaRealZapZarbie i mean canon ship lmao not like fan ship 😭 and tbh the whole enemies to lovers thing is lazy and weird like if Goku or Vegeta had a crush on each other lmao the Tekken fandom is starting to give me MHA vibes 💀
Wow, that's awesome! Thanks. I'm still doin' it after all these years... and still playin' Tekken, too. The more things change, the more they stay the same. I can't wait for Tekken 8!
I just wish they gave Jun and Jin a better intro animation instead of the standard one with just the sentences changed. Afterall its mother and son who didnt see each other for a loooong ass time
I'm saying! I've been waiting *years* for them to reunite and see how they woulf interact and *this* is it? Generic cinematography that they share with almsot everyone else and them *barely* acknowledging each other?! I really hope Namco Bandai really pulls out all the stops with their intro when the final game comes out.
I wonder why Paul & Brian have a special intro tho? Besides their interaction on the Tekken 6 opening, I can't recall any other canon interactions between them
As a Tekken player, Paul and Bryan are similar characters because they have similar powerful moves like FF+2 and Deathfist, among others. Somewhat similar martial arts / play-styles and "bully" type characters. Aside from the Tekken 6 intro I don't recall any other canon interactions, maybe in T6 story mode? Been a while for me.
@@FightersGen ahh i see i understand their similarities, but yeah i don't think they have anything to do with each other canon wise. But that's a cool fact!
Always blown away just how radically different localization subtitles are. For anyone who knows even cursory words or phrases from a multiple language, it’s so obvious when a translator went with their own interpretation.
The Arcade version of every Tekken game has the announcer say "Good Morning" when the machine turns on. The one I have in this video is from Tekken 4. ☀️
Was I the only one expecting a special intro between Asuka and Jun?? something like... Asuka: Uh?! Auntie Jun?! Dad and the whole family thought you were dead! Jun: Asuka... I suppose we should catch up

Pelo visto esse jogo tem a melhor introdução de batalha dos jogos, não sei sei se vai ser aplicado em todos os personagens
