Go softer and a lot slower till u can get it at that speed. Over time, you'll naturally speed up without even knowing.

He also doesnt play on pad so he uses more fingers than the thumb.

Despite the nerfs and all that, Devil Jin is still a badass character and is a very fun character to play IMHO.
