I play on stick I'm practicing everyday. I can land them majority or the time. You have to feel the movement of DF2 part when you electric . I'm only Assailant btw.
I play on pad and I can hit them consistently in practice and 50/50 struggle in a match. It really can just be nerves I feel is the biggest part holding you back bc in practice you're deliberately trying to do an electric. In a match you're more focused on hitting your opponent with the move. Just try and focus more on the actual movement being clean usually try and be early for the 2 right after you press down

Playing against Xiao never makes any sense. It's basically about whose turn it is and you better hope you don't lose your turn because you're going to die trying to get it back.
