Why don't people want to get better through the standard best of 3? 90% of fighting games are about learning what your opponent does. win-quitting doesnt prove anything other than being a coward (with the exception of bad wifi).
@@iked3702Playing the full set isn't "devoting their entire life" to a game. It's literally just wanting to get better, it's insane you're justifying being a coward.
I think it's because this game has brought on a lot of new casual players, non FGC, that don't get that ranked actually doesn't matter (that it's about getting better, and tournaments if you're cracked). They're trying to accumulate points any way they can by using scrub killer strats with knowledge check characters and abusing the ranked system, and they're able to rank up higher than they should. Higher they get, the less their knowledge checks work, the more they one and done, and plug.
@@iked3702 I do agree that in the grand scheme of things, it doesn't matter. But, it is annoying and leaves a sour taste in your mouth. It's like the kid that takes the ball away once he loses or gets barely ahead. You can go get another ball, but in the moment it really sucks.
Playing will it kill with will the opponent rage quit/not rematch is so hard. Trying to gauge things like "surely this combo won’t do enough damage to make them qu-oh nvm I guess it did" or "hmmmmm this round is close surely n-ah and there they go" is so difficult. They really upped the anti this time around.
3:00 This man is a disgrace to Bears everywhere. Also, I never got the appeal of rage quitting. If you skew the numbers to get yourself higher then you aught to be, you’ll just be playing people that are that much better then you all the time.
MOST OF THESE is the network being shit... in fact Im disappointed in the FGC for making every disconnect a RAGE QUIT. Its almost like everyone is an expert on PLAYING GAMES but NO ONE seems to understand how servers work and how often servers crash due to instabilty and crowded IP addresses.. but ITS EASIER to say.."THEY RAGE QUIT" because that farms engagement..
