Yeah. Heihachi wasn't really the bad person either. He loved kazuyas mother eventhough she was a devil yet she betrayed him and tried to kill him and revealed she never loved him which is why he hates devil's now. Even after he found out she was a devil he didn't want to kill her and was begging her to stop trying to kill him because he didn't want to retaliate.
@@calebstephan2083 this guy is trolling hard. Heihachi had always been the biggest a$sh0le that started everything and the cause of everyone's misery. Not convinced? Heihachi imprisioned his father and left him for dead just because he wanted to take over the family business to start world domination. His wife Kazumi saw that and awakened her devil to stop him but failed and got killed. Heihachi's young son Kazuya who had nothing to do with any of that at that moment but still got beaten up and thrown down the cliff by the man himself. After Kazuya survived by awakening his devil gene, Heihachi didnt leave him alone either and keep sending assassins after him. Lets not also forget that Heihachi shot Jin in the head. This old dude doesnt need no "devil" inside of him to be evil as heck. His character had always supposed to be be like that.
@@solth8109 I believe that Heihachi was never really entirely evil nor good. I just think he became the way he did was because of Kazumi's betrayal to him. He was filled with anger and pain so he just took it out on everyone, eventually corrupting him and also being consumed with getting power cause he wanted to eradicate the devil gene. I think he's a guy with good intentions, but a really bad way of putting it into action.
Yeah that’s true! I believe in TEKKEN5, and TEKKEN6, Jin Kazama & Devil Jin we’re separately. But yeah, I played TEKKEN TAG 2 & TEKKEN6 and the controls were weird then I went back to play TEKKEN7 and the controls felt better..
It definitely gives me the idea that they (Namco) have decided to combine them both into one character because Jin can now control the Devil Gene. It makes sense to me in that way.
The only valid reason for playing the older games would be for the story which you can access easier through RU-vid. Also the story mode tekken 7 is pretty damn good and it's a cardinal sin to not acknowledge the last fight and how great it is
@@user-ml7vg8nt7l what about 4 and 5 ? They had the best story mode. T7 has the lamest narrator in all of em. I agree that the last few fights are good. But I wouldn’t call T7 story mode the best.
@@tushar_22 fair but it's also pretty much just a recap of the entire tekken story if you're new you could literally just watch it's story mode and you'd be pretty much fully caught up you wouldn't know about the story of the side characters and main plots in previous games like ogre and the demon jin released or jinpachi but you understand the world and the characters and their relationships with each other
Gosh, about time they come out with Tekken 8. Been playing Tekken 7 for years. Now we can wait 10 more years for Tekken 9. Possibly on another gen console.

So excited. It's looks so good. I'm a huge Tekken fan! Also, Christie and Eddy are two different characters. They just have similar fighting styles and move sets.
Kazuya is part devil which is why he ages slowly. Heihachi was only human which is why he looked old asf. Heihachis wife/ kazuyas mom and Jin grandmother was a devil.
Truly Amazing, the Graphics are Insane, this is like a combination of Tekken 4 and 5 Vibe and Charm.. Tekken 8 will be a real Masterpiece... If you noticed, Jin's pants attire design are different, and I like it very much because he resemble Jun Kazama's Outfit Attire at some extent..☯️ I hope that Jun Kazama will also play a crucial factor in Tekken 8 Story based on the fact that this will be the Final Vendetta between Jin and Kazuya, I also hope that the both Ravens will pe playable in the Roster, and Christie Monteiro and Bruce Irvin and maybe even Ancient Ogre will make a shocking return as well... xD ^^
4:24 That's actually called Crushing if I remember correctly, It has been here since Tag 1 (or maybe 3) and was fully introduced in tekken 5. Haven't played this game in a long time, I'm looking forward to start playing it again.

Yeah this is taking place directly after the events of Tekken 7, heihachi is dead (officially) and now Jin is fighting kazuya because he wants to end the Devil gene bloodline and put a stop to the family bloodline
Tekken 7 allows you to use BGM from every game and set it for any map or mode you want no restrictions so im sure that Tekken 8 will do the same (This feature is only on Playsation)

Wow I had no idea this franchies was still going on. I remember playing Tekken 3 as a kid in arcade machines and then I played Tekken 5 a bit when I was in college. I guess I just lost taste for the genre after that but this really do look promising

Well i am a huge Tekken fan and playing Tekken 7 since release with Ling Xiaoyu and honestly this game definately good at making your day frsutrated and annoyed.I am pretty high rank right now and understand my character and game pretty well but still its really really hectic to play,its definately not fun game.
My reaction to this is, it's cool but it doesn't do anything new. It's Tekken 7 with prettier graphics and new camera work. Which wouldn't be an issue if this was any other genre but fighting games is a genre that hasn't done anything new in generations. It has stayed stagnant for decades and is becoming even more niche than it already is. At this point fighting games can't play it safe. Especially the $60 ones. To be fair, this is just a reveal trailer and gameplay info is yet to come. At this point even SF6 wasn't impressive. It merely looked like a graphically better SFV but nothing more. But then you find out that it's adding like 7 or 8 new universal mechanics that make SF6 the complete opposite of the last two SF games. And for the first time they have put in so many moves that they have a move list for command normals. You never had more than one or two command normals. Your experience with sfv will not help you in SF6. Quite the opposite, it will hinder you. I am hoping Tekken 8 does something like SF6 but better. Because even though SF6 is a night and day different beast than any SF game before it, it's still fundamentally the same thing. I hope Tekken 8 throws the word safe out the window into the garbage can and goes ham with its gameplay.
