Useful oki option I've been utilizing in the post-nerf world of Dragunov still being an incredibly strong character.
Significant deep-dash f3, 1+2 gives us the option to represent Stomp (d3+4) that will catch EVERY tech option, including quick roll back if you do it deep enough (although it can still be blocked).
