I’m building this truck. It is spread all over the kitchen table right now with all the M2C racing parts, and I’m about 3 hours into the build. Should be done soon and then I gotta paint the body.

Whats cool about it is that there are no competitors in this scale and Tekno RC is the same quality as Kyosho and Mugen...top notch! Very durable and very well balanced!

Gave it thumbs up 👍!! Always enjoy your reviews. But to be honest, I am a little disappointed in the build market these days. They give less and less in there kits, and you need the missing parts anyways. Then charge 450-500 bucks to put together a not complete kit?!? 😖 What’s next, a block of aluminum and create the model for 500.00??

Thanks for thumbs up!😎😎 I don't know if you remember "old days", but back in the day I remember paying full retail for Kyosho kanai edition (which was around $1K) and additional $600 for the engine, so I guess it could be worse LOL ... $450 is not too bad once you start calculating (set of shocks $100, chassis $120, driveshafts +diffs $120 other aluminum bits probably another $100 etc).

How long does Tekno sell a kit and how long can you get parts after it's discontinued? I'm not a Traxxas fan but I love how long you can get parts for them. Is Tekno the same?

Tekno doesn't manufacture these parts, so this is why + everybody has its now preferences with kits. Some other top of the line manufacturers from the old days used to do the same.

BLX185 is for 1/8 scale....MT410 is 1/10 scale. You can fit it, but be careful with extra power/torque

99.99% of the folks would take an MT410 over any other 8th scale basher. The Revo 2.0 is not even in the same league as this truck. It is expensive to complete, but given that this thing is virtually indestructible you don't need to spend $$$ on upgrades.

Calisole I have both and you cant even compare the e revo 2.0 to this truck whatsoever. If you have never had a tekno you wouldn't understand it's not your fault. The plastics and shocks as well as everything else us far superior. Coming from someone who has both. If you've never had a tekno your missing out. MT410 is the best basher on the market and it doesn't break like most rtr rigs!

MT410 was engineered/built by the same standards as competition trucks (Kyosho, Mugen etc) but with basher in mind.
