Firstly, you played these solos so well, the technique required was breath-taking. How you only got 5214 views is beyond me. Maybe you should have played it in a paddling pool flanked by semi naked dwarfs. Mark Knopflers creative genius to compose this solo just blows my mind. How one man's mind has something this good inside it and how he tapped into it is spellbinding. Thank you for the privilege of watching a master play another masters work .
I'm a reasonably decent guitar player with the skill level required to play these parts, however I can't fathom how a person could have the patience to learn and remember every single lick to absolute perfection like you have done. I just don't have the attention span. I'm really trying though because I need to learn this song!
Another fabulous lesson. Sounded great with great to ne and effects. Can you share with us all what effects, amps settings you used? Ie delay settings ms/repeats/mix Compressor and settings Amp clean or drive bass/mid/treb/pres bright or normal channel. All this alone would make a great video lesson. Dailing in MK tones
