I bought two medium telfar bags during the bag security program last year in black and dark olive. I just started using the black one. I can see why it is loved so much, but I don't know if I would buy another one. I've seen other vegan bag makers like senreve and with that brand the quality is better. Next because of that I think it looks better and less cheap in darker colors. The lighter colors scream "pleather" to me. Next this bag is not light. I work in IT and have to carry a laptop. I would not use this bag to carry my laptop everyday. I'd rather use my longchamp neo tote for that (perfect work bag). I've been using my LV Stressa pm bag for a while for everyday carry and just switched to the black Telfar. I have a bag organizer that I just switch from one bag to another plus a longchamp pouch for little nick nacks. I don't see how people put the whole kitchen sink in these telfar bags for everyday carrying, because I was looking for items to take OUT of the bag to lighten the load. Next the long straps are awkward and stiff at first but get more pliable over time. I'm 6 ft tall and where it hits me is a good length. I don't understand how shorter people would tolerate the length. Next I would place these bags in the category of Coach, michael kors, longchamp, Kate Spade etc. for resale value. Meaning, once the market floods and everyone gets over Beyonce hyping the bag that resale value won't be so great. Once it lands at TJ Maxx it's a wrap. Which is why I won't pay full price for those brands anymore. Not paying full price for something that I can end up getting for a fraction of the price if I buy it off of ebay or wait until it goes on clearance.
