TELFORD PARKRUN IS ONE OF THE BEST 

Welcome back one and all to another video on the channel and return to the running!
Join us today as we hit Telford Town Park for their weekly Parkrun. The course begins near the Visitor Centre, heading down the hill and past the Arena. Then being directed around one small lap and one large lap of Randlay Pool. The course is fairly flat, fast and firm under foot, consisting of mainly tarmac surfaces but with wide natural footpaths in places. The park itself is beautiful and is sure to impress anyone visiting us for the first time.
