In this video, I take my Jetboil Minimo and Summit Skillet out with me on a hike where I cook up a well deserved late lunch. On the hike, I explore the remains of Temple Bruer, a preserved ruin from the time of the Knights Templar. I also make my way along the ancient road of Ermine Street which connected the Romans with York, Lincoln and London and which is also a part of the Viking Way. This takes me past the former site of RAF Wellingore where the famous pilots Guy Gibson and John Magee took off from during WW2. I complete the hike by cooking up my late lunch before going to see the sunset along the Lincoln Edge.
