I actually just beat the lair and got Tyranak. I was pretty lucky. I got three toxic Temtems early on. Plus, one of the people I ran the lair with got the bonuses to start each battle with the Evade status and for Toxic attacks to do 25% more damage. A lot of the enemies were weak to Toxic and water and I had two Toxic Koish. When I got to the end I chose to heal my team fully instead of buying items, so going into the fight was stressful. Tyranak did get me down to my last two Temtem, but with the extra Toxic damage almost wiping out 1 life each attack I was able to win.

This looks kind of hardcore. But I just completed the main story, so I'll try this next. I really like this temtem, and want it really bad.

As a more recent, more casual (when I have time type of player), this seems super hardcore. 😂 I just barely finished the main story.

one party of six is enough to unlock the inner sanctum. Vulffy, adoroboros, chubee, skunch, nessla, and Anahir cover all 12 types. and make a pretty solid team to beat anyone in the volcano. you don't need to make multiple trips.

Sure, you can do that but probably 90% of players wont have those exact temtem trained or bother to do so for it.

@@LegacyGamingUS i mean you don't have to have them leveled up really either. Vulffy and nessla are enough to beat the entire thing and you should already be leveling both of this anyway.

Is it true that temtems from chests and offerings always are lvl 100?, that's pretty important if true.

I'm new to all of this, are the temtems used TV trained? Just got to the end game and wanted to know if I "need" to start investing in it.

Lairs are essentially a rogue-like. You enter with nothing and you get randomly assigned Temtem from various sources during your run to build your team. We tried to explain that in the vid if you didnt get to that yet.

Also training for perfect Temtem stats only really matters for competitive PvP battles and Dojo Wars down the road

I don’t think it would work well. The loading times would be unbearable. PS5 experience has been overall smooth.

You need to get quite far, but not necessarily beat the game. Basically you can unlock the lairs as soon as you get access to the areas, which (spoilers) for the Anak one means having access to both the climbing gear and crystal skates at the same time, and for the Sacred Lake one means just getting there and starting a certain sidequest that unlocks the torii gate portals. I forget exactly how to start that quest, but I think you just talk to someone near the lake.

You literally just walk in a straight line picking 1 of up to 3 options until you reach the end. Being solo means nothing here. The "coop" in this is just 5 people doing a solo run side by side along a straight path. Super complicated!

As of right now? I'd say if you went straight through the story and did no sidequests (there are a ton of sidequests) it would porobably be around 20-25 hours right now, granted to read everything and dont spam click through it all. Tons of story to get invested in.

I only have two lights left on the big door to be illuminated... And I only have two of these towers left... so that it can be illuminated. Where is that last Tower. That it is made of fire... Where is it... 🟣🟣🟣🟣🟣🟣🟣🟣🟣🟣🟣🟣🟣🟣🟣🟣🟣 Because in the volcano I am turning more.. What is costing me?
