To make an espresso coffee, water is heated and pushed through ground coffee at a really high pressure. If the coffee grind is too coarse, the water will rush straight through and you'll end up with a very watery coffee, but if it's ground finely a whole world of delicious coffee awaits.

1- didn’t tamp the coffee 2- after pressing the steam button ONCE, should wait for the indicator to finish the on/off cycle (which is meant to set the right temp to steam) 2:49
