I still firmly believe ETH is the person to move the club forward, he needs the players and time esp that he's only now getting a "proper" structure above and around him. The injuries are nothing like i've ever seen or heard of in almost 50 years of watching football. That's not just down to training, it's are the players recovering properly - look at Bruno, gets kicked up and down, runs himself into the ground yet is always available - it's the medical dept (they told ETH in Jan that Shaw and Malacia would be back that month and we got Shaw back for something like 1+half games, no Malacia in sight but being told they'd be good to play is why Reguillon went back to Spurs), it's other things, not everything is *just* on ETH, although yes he's made mistakes this season, but the players themselves are even more at fault as they have to deliver once that whistle blows...

I think there's a lot of players just not that bothered and sick of gettin stick when things go wrong so there hiding behind injuries because they don't want to play that's what I genuinely believe

There’s a recent Jeff stelling interview with james Milner on RU-vid where he mentions how klopp had loads of injuries when he started due to the intensity of his methods. Our medical department isn’t good enough, but it’s also partly ten hag doing what klopp did as a necessary transition to where we want to go. We can’t keep pandering to players who won’t take us there. Adapt or die. Push on with ten hag.

We’ve been unlucky with Martinez and Malacia. The other defensive injuries were predictable. Luke Shaw has a poor record of availability. Varane and Evans arrived with injury issues. Centre back is an attritional position. It catches up with players. Bruce Pallister Vidic were all ever present until c 30. Then started to miss a lot of games. Lindelof is in the same category. Casemiro got injured with Brazil.Eriksen is too old. Mount came with long term injury problems. Martial’s issues go back nearly a decade. Maguire has played when he shouldn’t and paid the penalty. Plus We played 56 games last season with a World Cup in the middle and more internationals at the end. If we sign five or six young players with good injury records and they start missing games then I’ll start to believe it’s something we’re doing. At the moment I think the age/injury profile of our squad explains most of the problems.

We just don't have the depth of squad to play in more than one competition. The manager can't rotate players in order to rest players. This is the culmination of years of owners who haven't got a clue about football. They don't even call if football.

MUFC will finish between 8th and 10th this season top 6 done now, feel for Ten Hag, who's going to be fit for the next few games. Can't see us winning another game this season

Shaw has played 191 games across all competitions after 10 years at the club and 200k a wk. Take a top team player like Muller he played 150 champions league games. How the hell is Shaw still at the club. And then we have the neck to moan about injuries.

Ineos need to bring in a new medical team along with some new players. this injury list is insane.

Think need couple new defenders varane to injury prone but got ask why so many injuries is it coaching or training sessions.

I find it so strange that since ETH has been in charge we have had so many injuries. What is the training regime of ETH? just get on with it , all our main injuries have been left back and central defence. I'm ready for a new season, new boss , new players.

Summer can’t come fast enough

injury problems can snowball. A few injuries means fit players not getting a rest, playing out of position and so on, which in itself makes injuries more likely, like a downward spiral.

How can they have an injury crisis when they dont put in any effort in play?? C'mon, get real. These are lazy players who dont train enough and correctly and have the wrong attitude. Ronaldo never used to get injuries so easily

Squad paper thin from August, we saw this coming. Loaning players to get a few quid through the door in January and no reinforcements not good enough.

It's another defeat in London waiting for this United team whichever one he puts out. 2-0 I reckon. Said it before and anyone that has played sport knows, if you are in a winning team you play through the 'injuries'. If you are in a crap team, the 'injuries' get worse.

It’s the centre backs the whole time. Midfield is too open and the opposition aren’t being forced wide so out centre backs are over worked having to tackle non stop opposition attack charging at them at pace.

You have to blame the infrastructure of the club over the last ten years the fact a club which is recognised as the biggest in the world has been run by amateurs feel sorry for ten Haag,given the right support I think he will turn it around

I'm usually confident in games but this season the confidence in Utd has drained away, tonight we'll be extremely lucky to get even a draw, Palace are fast and two of our back four are not known for their speed, I honestly don't think we'll get a win out of all the games we've got left, sorry to be so negative but this team have been dreadful this season.

I find it highly unusual that you guys are never critical of players fitness levels and injury proneness. Whenever someone goes down for the 18th time in a season you’re always on about physios & training regimes. I don’t think they are all injured. I think some of them are out of their depth at Utd & are on good wages which they receive regardless of whether or not they play. I didn’t believe that Pogba was injured 99% of the times he claimed to be; his recent doping ban confirmed my suspicions. Some players aren’t interested in playing; others know that they’re boxing above their weight & it’s an easy way to stay hidden. I admit that there’s no doubt in my mind that when Harry Maguire says that he’s hurt & can’t play - he absolutely is hurt and can’t play. One thing he isn’t is a coward or unprofessional. He’s one of the most determined & dedicated at the club. And no it didn’t surprise me for one moment that Bruno has never missed a game, because he has great natural fitness, the best footballer at the club, in his prime years, & has doesn’t get any respect off the fans. They all talk about Bruno throwing his arms around and complaining about refs. I’ll tell you this for free - if Bruno wasn’t a Man Utd player they’d be in a relegation battle right now. +1 GD at this stage of the season with Arsenal Newcastle Brighton & Palace to go. They probably won’t get another point now & an 8th place finish is incredibly flattering for what they’ve show this season. Brentford are only a 5 goal swing difference between Man Utd & they’re in 16th. Shows just how lucky Utd have been. There’s no doubt in my mind that Utd has a team full of unambitious players who like money more than football.

Season is finished boys,we won’t win another game this season.INEOS will need to be very brave if they intend to back the manager,because getting rid of all the deadwood players we have is a Massive task that will take several years,and a lot of good fortune,for me personally there is only three or four players at best that any manager would want to keep,even being conservative we need to buy a player for every single position on the pitch just to create some competition for places,and we know that’s impossible,they need to be VERY creative with loan deals and drafting in youth players,plus purchasing at least one player in central Defence,Defensive midfield,and a Quality striker to have any chance of finishing top half next season.It’s going to be VERY interesting to see how many players miraculously recover to play internationals this summer.🤔

It's all on the fa cup now, and just hope Martinez and shaw are back.. completely changes the balance and dynamics of the team.. it's been a disaster with injuries, malacia not playing a single game....??? Dalot is my player of the season just cos he has been out only full back..both left and right...the responsibility on that man's shoulders has been crazy. Our players don’t get a rest because Ten Hag feels you must play the same players EVERY game to build up patterns of play. He doesn’t seem to factor in the physical stresses you put on players if you play them continuously. So, injury, after injury. Ten Hag murdered the first team last season in four competitions going full out each game. This season he’s reaped the whirlwind.

It's easy to see why Bruno never gets injured. Bruno never tackles anyone. I noticed last season. This is why he fakes injury when he goes down and cries like a baby. Notice how he gets back up with nothing wrong with him. I hope and pray he goes in the summer. Bryan Robson said he's no leader, I totally agree with him.
