Thank you for this, I am almost 3 years in to my LC journey and was having a day where I was mourning my old life and having a cry, this meditation helped to calm me and my body 🙏 ❤
@@kayleighmitchell8853sorry I only just saw your comment, I was doing better, making time for meditation, rest and LC classes and could feel a change, but I'm currently going through a crash again, it's been 4 years, the crashes happen less often, and I'm seeing glimmers of hope, I don't think I'll ever be back to pre LC fitness again, but am finding moments of joy in my new life x

Hi Suzy from a fellow Susie! I found your LC support group and have been struggling with all manner of symptoms. My 2 year anniversary of first being very unwell was last week... Recently I've felt like I'm going backwards. Thank you for helping us. This was very calming and I love your voice, it's very soothing. As an opera singer I do find I tend to control my breath and sometimes over breathe so hard to use breath to relax. I feel it's not occuring automatically to me and at times I realise I'm not breathing!! I think I might be stuck in a pattern from when I couldn't breathe. I'll continue with more of your videos. I've been working on QI Gong since the start of my illness. This has been very helpful as not had strength for yoga or pilates x
