This 17 Minute Yoga Nidra is like Hygiene For Your Nervous System. This guided yoga nidra includes binaural beats & piano to further soothe the nervous system and guide the brain into theta and delta waves through brainwave entrainment. This type of meditation aids deep relaxation, non sleep deep rest, and sleep. This yogic sleep practice is guided by Ally Boothroyd of Sarovara Yoga.
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that uses a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. This yogic sleep technique calms the nervous system and activate the parasympathetic (relaxation, rest & digest) response.
In this yoga nidra guided meditation to relax you will be guided through a body scan to calm the nervous system, It’s a 17 minute yoga nidra guided relaxation to reboot your whole nervous system. This 15min yoga nidra script lead by Ally Boothroyd of Sarovara Yoga that is perfect for anxiety relief. Lie down, relax, rest and meditate all at the same time!
This 15 minute yoga nidra with gentle binaural beats & piano aids in deep relaxation through the brainwave entrainment and effortless guided meditation of nidra (sleep). I think I mentioned it before but in the last year I had a terrible accident where I lost nearly all my vision and I am now in constant pain. Your meditations really are a huge part of my recovery. They calm me down when I think that there is no point to my life. They ground me when I just want to give up. Thank you

I have thanked you in my Heart almost daily the past months, Ally, and now here as well: thank you. 🙏 Your yoga nidra’s have been an essential support and saving grace for my nervous system. I started taking a daily 20~30 retreat from the beautiful intensity of life with three little kids (boys of 5 and 3 and girl of 1) a few months ago, and it has shifted my system from constant-on-edge-near-burn-out to generally peaceful-spacious-able-to-respond-healthily. Bless you & thank you on behalf of myself and the family here 💛

I find these mini retreats essential for my ability to show up as my best self for these little intense humans and I'm so glad the recordings can help other parents do the same :)

Thank you Ally, I’ve been listening to your recordings daily now for a few weeks. I’ve been ill for months with a long list of issues including constant anxiety and panic attacks. I had to take 4 months off of work to detox my body last year and the recovery has been really slow. I can’t express how much your recordings are helping my nervous system. Hi, do you have your listening group still together listening to these or other guided meditations? I’d love to join in if you’re all willing. I have long Covid and my brain and autonomic system are messed up. I’m working on requiring. I’d love to know I’m doing these meditations with a group. A community sounds wonderful. So you know, I’m a kind person and not obnoxious 😊

I love so much the respiration of the center of the 3 eye part. I leave my conscious mind each time. Would be so great to even longer ones when having deep state of burden and stress. One is not enough Ally :) your voice soothes and heals by itself
