Recipe for: Drusan Kebab - Tender pork with onions
NECESSARY PRODUCTS:
Pork neck - 2 kg.
Onion- 10 heads (medium sized).
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Savory
Oil
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Cut the meat into cubes and the onion into thin crescents.
Pour a little oil into a heated pot and stew the meat for about 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally. The juices that the meat will release must evaporate and only fat remains.
20-25 minutes later, season with salt, black pepper, red pepper and savory. Add the chopped onion and stir. Put the lid on the pot and reduce the heat. Let everything stew for another 20-25 minutes. Periodically shake the pot. The dish should remain fat.
Serve with a lemon wedge and sprigs of fresh parsley.
