Ingredients:
3.5 LBS of Goat Meat Cleaned & Seasoned: • How To Clean & Season ...
3 TBSP Olive Oil
3 Sticks of Parsley
3 Sticks of Thyme
2 Green Onion (Scallions)
1 Medium Tomato
1 Scotch Bonnet Pepper
4 Crushed Garlic
1TSP Complete Seasoning
2 Pinch of Ground Cloves
1TSP of Paprika
1/4 TSP of Baking Soda
Green Pepper
Red Pepper
1/2 of a Large Onion
1TBSP of Butter
2 TBSP of Tomato Paste
Total of 2 Cups of Water (you can add as much or little water as you please depending on how much sauce you need. Keep in mind, the more water you add the more it takes away from the taste so you may need to add a little more season to the water if the sauce is too watered down.)

Did this same recipe but only in the oven at 340 for almost an hour or desired tenderness. 😊 added veggies about 20 min before done ✅

I Learn something new with the baking soda.

My mom taught me that hun if you don't have baking soda you can always use flour and or a little bit of mayonnaise. All purpose flour is probably the easiest thing to use. Just 1/4 TSP of it is more than enough.

Sounds good but I will try it with potatoes and carrots added. Also added 1 bay leaf and 1 tablespoon of a hot dried hatch pepper. Hope it turned out.

That sounds awesome! How did it turn out? I'm not a pepper person that's why I cook without peppers.

Love your video! I think I messed up though. What does it mean when your sauce comes out thick?
@lisascaribbeankitchen5482
@lisascaribbeankitchen5482 Год назад
Hey Kat, that's ok. You just have to give it another try. If your sauce came out too thick, you didn't add enough water or let too much water dissolve at the end.

A lot of the nasty scent is a buck (non neutered male goat) that wasn’t butchered properly. There is a gland that if you hit it, it makes the meat nasty. I have a specific butcher that I use who knows how to butcher game meat. We also neutered our buck kids unless the are being bought or used for breeding services. We raise and sell meat goats for the milk and the meat. Meat goats have high butterfat to their milk making taste closer to cows milk.
