What a bugger! I just got my computer fixed, and I can't login to RU-vid on it....🙄 So I'm reduced to watching on the laptop. I wish I could join you and the misses at your BBQ...but alas.. Have a nice day, mate.
Haha no way, I love those Prymat seasoning packets! Not seen anyone else using them. I only found them a few weeks ago in Morrisons and they're fantastic! Their mustard is good too, it's more like Dijon than English but tasty. Grub looks great, glad you're getting better weather than us lot north of the border! ⛈️😂
I can highly recommend Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce from USA. It’s available in my local Lidl at the moment for £2.99 but I think it’s in Morrisons too? They make several varieties.
Oh bless you Andy....another great video but I feel so sorry for you doing all that yesterday in that awful heat 🔥 I personally had heatstroke yesterday 😭 You work so hard! We do appreciate all you do and love your videos! Hope you enjoyed your beer! You well deserved it!
Hi Andy, good to see you enjoying your food.i have never BBQ’d ,it’s not a taste I like much.I use to marinate pork ribs at work for the family meals, but I always did them Chinese style, and I made the marinade from scratch, then the next morning the sous chef would cook them in the oven, they came out very juicy, and tender.Though I know everyone thinks BBQ is American,it’s really regional, not much of it in NY,NJ,or in New England,it’s more of a Texas,Carolina, and Kansas thing, hard to find good BBQ in this North Eastern coast area. How much do you pay for 1kg of wings, they are now so expensive here.😊
@@fatandy That’s what they were here for years then suddenly all the restaurants were selling them, and now they are about $12 kg,or $5:99 a pound.I refuse to buy them, chicken breast this week at my local store is $1:79 a pound, and thighs will be less, but they were not on the circular,so not sure of there price.
I have anxiety about thawing out pork, leaving them in the fridge overnight. got really bad food poisoning once with it. but these look amazing! might have to try that seasoning..
They were so good and tender, you can do them in the oven around 140c nice low heat for 2 to 3 hours wrapped and then unwrap them paint some more of your favourite sauce on 15 -20 minutes unwrapped, job done they are so tender and just fall off the bone 👍
When you reach 10K Andy, can you invite all your subscribers for a barbecue, please? 😍😍. I will happily travel down from the west of Scotland for it 👍😂
Hey Andy mate great video. I was just wondering, that gyro mix from Asda, would you say it’s the same as the TongMaster mix? Would it be worth trying the Asda one first? Cheers for any response mate.
@@fatandy do you mean you haven’t tried it with chicken? You made that awesome looking lamb kebabs using the TongMaster mix. Either way will be picking up a sachet from Asda next time we go.
