Video log of a short afternoon visit to Lansing Clear Creek in Allamakee County on Saturday, March 23, 2024.
In late March, Lansing Clear Creek contains a few holdover rainbow trout. Over the past few years wild brown trout have begun to naturally reproduce and thrive in the lower portions of the creek.
This video log represents 90 minutes of afternoon fishing and documents a short stretch of public access creek, about 1/4 mile in length, adjacent to Clear Creek Park. It is downstream from the section of creek fished in November 2023 (Vlog #45).
