TENNIS ELBOW is known within the medical community as Lateral Epicondylitis and a 'self-limiting' condition, in that the area can only remain inflamed for a period of time (upto 2 years) before it just 'burns out' ... so YES .. eventually the pain will just go ... BUT ... if you haven't dealt with THE SOURCE of the problem, GUESS WHAT?? .. It'll COME BACK !!!
The reason so many suffer with Tennis Elbow is related to the overuse of the muscles in forearm, the result of being WOUND UP, in response to not having any help from the foundations of the arm up in the shoulder.
You see, we use these forearm muscles way MORE than ever before thanks to all our fancy technology screwing up the trunk muscles and our overall posture.
So to truly clear TENNIS ELBOW, you've got to pay attention to the arm's foundations and loosen it as often as possible!!
The exercises covered in this video will guide you through the process. Starting high up in the ribcage, moving to the shoulder and eventually finishing with the forearm being strengthened - ECCENTRICALLY.
The KEY to success with this - loosen the overworked areas and load the weakened tissue as it lengthens (Eccentric loading).
Follow this process frequently and you should not only feel the elbow improve, but feel like it becomes stronger and more resilient than ever before!
