Thank you so so much, I have had this unit for a couple years and never used it. Back and hip pain to the point that every time I got it out to use I would take one look at the unit and become confused and overwhelmed. I'd put it all back in the case and suffer through it. Today I am hurting but again and finally pushed through the pain to watch this video, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANKYOU!!!! The unit is in place and finally after years of suffering I can just be still and let the unit do it's magic. Blessings to you friend for helping me today and thanks again

I like your video, it helped me understand how to use this unit. FYI you mentioned it's okay to use while driving and that is incorrect...should not be used while driving.

This unit is awesome! The backlight on this is great. It has a belt clip, lots of programs and NO more batteries!!! The pads are so sticky and reusable. Really works like a professional one.

A battery indicator does come on when there's like a couple or more hours left and it charges super fast.

The undated unite has a battery level indication. This is a good feature for me.

Can't find info anywhere about the ratios it allows. Does it have adjustable ratios or only 1:1? I.e. can you set it to contract ON for 10 seconds, OFF for 30 seconds and repeat or does it have to be on and then off for the same amount of time? I would use it in ems mode for strengthening a weak muscle group.

Is there a way to turn off the beeping? Yours doesn't seem to beep! Also, is there a way to override the "continuous" function for the programs and have it on a timer?

looks like a standard micro USB or USB-C. Just take it to an electronics store and they look at it and tell you!

That I am not sure and might suggest to ask the company. By the time the battery needs to be changed out, there will probably something new and improved out there.

You choose mode and keep clicking it will bring you through all the Modes ( tens and EMS) but you should see P as one that shows up. Then you can use the arrows to scroll to the one you want ( that is AFTER after you click set to stay on P1-P12 area)

Good information in your presentation; however, I'd strongly suggest not moving the unit around so much when your explaining the various steps. I found it difficult to follow your discussion in trying to see exactly what your pressing on the display screen. The unit seemed to be jumping all over the screen, difficult to see most of the screens due to light reflecting and the unit jumping around. How about placing it on a slanted surface beside you and leaving it in one spot?

The device gets started with the power on button. After you choose a mode which he explained and you set it, go to the top where there are two left arrows. Those are for intensity. Click it( both of them) and you will feel it. YOu can keep pressing for more intensity. When you are done decrease the intensity to 0 and then pull out the wires. It will turn off on its own
