Bruce Springsteen & the E street band live from the Izod Arena in East Rutherford NJ 4/4/12 perform a special tribute to the "Big Man" Clarence Clemons
I thoughtI would not want to see a Springsteen concert without Clarence, but I think this shows that there could be no better tribute to the Big Man. Yes I teared up.
40 yrs of brotherhood its still such a big loss in the whole doggone music world, big mans style love workmanship professionalism big man was the elvis of saxophonist in my book, i wonder how much it hurts for bruce not having his buddy ,i guess its like paul without john or george,, lifes ride but at least there was such a great musician we all got to see an hear what a blessing he was God bless the biggest man in the world to us in music a horn player named clearance clemons
Bruce DID NOT want his crowd to "be quiet"! We, all of us, as well as Bruce and the E Street Band miss "The Big" man. He would not have held up his mic, raised his hands, nor would have any other band member raise their hands to cheer us on. G'boro chanted Clarence! Jersey did too. What better way to show our respect & love to & for Clarence & the E Street band. (I for one cried as did many) The BIG MAN is missed! (a fine job Jake does though!) Play on boys. Play on.
