There are laws in alot of states that only allow max 20 mph ebikes. Ordered this bike yesterday. Have a rad rover for rougher riding. Thanks for this review.

Thank you for watching this review and commenting. Were you able to use our discount link? You'll dig this bike. Super solid. For clarity, there are no US states which have banned eBikes which go faster than 20mph. Some have age limits or helmet requirements for higher speed eBikes. Many trails and parks system have restrictions on top speed or throttle. There are no outright bans statewide to buy, sell, or ride fast eBikes. -Producer Tim

After riding 5 other ebikes under 45 lbs, that could be ridden on the mean streets of Seattle & "easy" single track trails, fit in the back of my Kia Niro, felt like a relatively normal analog bike, and was under $2,000 it came down the the Velotric T1 S1 and Propella C9 V2 Pro, I made my decision. The T1-S1 is a very nice bike but had the shifting was a bit clunky, there was some resistance while coasting, and I preferred having a screen (rather than using my phone). The Propella C9 V2 Pro was the only bike of 5 I test rode that I could find no fault in for my wants and needs; plus the company store is less than 30 miles from my home. So I bought on of the last ones they had in stock & added a Kinect suspension seatpost & stem. Besides a few short "familiarization" rides on it, I've done a 20 mile ride on paved trails and 8 miles on single track. I am amazed how well this bike handles both the pavement and "mild" single track (dry dirt with short but steep hills, moderate amounts of roots, & some rock). This 75 year old had not problem with either although I could have used a bit more "oomph" from the motor going up one of Seattle's steeper hills. To be sure, the addition of the Kinect Suspension Seatpost and Stem have significantly smoothed out the bumps making it very comfortable while only adding about 3 lbs to the total weight. I thought I might want to change the tires from the street focused "CTS" OEM "cargo bike" tires but they roll really well, and had no problem on the single track so I'm gonna stick with them, ast last for now. Very pleased with my choice, hopefully it will hold up well over the next few years. Roll on!

The headlight is incorporated in part due to the restrictions in some EU countries for compliance with codes which require that the light be aimed downward in order to prevent unsafe conditions for drivers in front. There aren’t regulations for the rear which explains why it isn’t built in.

We have reviewed many ebikes in this category and most of them do have headlights and tail lights. Riders are safer when they can be more easily seen. Lights help with that in addition to illuminating the roadway for riders. We hope you'll subscribe to be notified when we upload new reviews and investigate deals.missgoelectric.com for discount codes and countless previous eBike reviews. -Producer Tim

@@MissGoElectricRideReviews I think you misunderstood what I was trying to address. I realize that most manufacturers provide lights. My point was integrating it in Europe is ensuring that the light is fixed and compliant. There are no similar rules for the rear light, so the rider can choose any on the market if they are not satisfied with the light that comes with the bike. The presenter, and many others, thought it strange that they only integrated the front. Others have suggested that an integrated rear light would be dangerous if you were caught in the middle of a road and the battery was empty.

The torque sensor is a plus. The belt drive is intriguing. The light weight is truly minimal. Odd that the rear light has separate charging. It's certainly not a step-through. Hmmm. No gears… but that wouldn't bother me.

We don't have enough data to revise estimates stated in this review. We do not know what kind of third party wheel/tire/gearset options would be supported by the Tenways CGO600. -Producer Tim

Amazing review Mam....I don't like to pedal too much on slopes. So, any other brand suggestion for around 1500-2000 euros ? Not interested in AGO T or others, they are expensive for me.

We would recommend a bike with Yepp or MIK HD support. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-R5IrplJ36kY.html Or ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-nZtHyu3arP8.html
