How to make Teppan Napolitan.
Napolitan is retro taste of Showa period coffee shop pasta.
You can enjoy mostly in coffee shops, rather than authentic pasta restaurants.
In Nagoya city, it's served in iron plate and beaten egg poured around it.
It's called Teppan(Teppan means iron plate) Napolitan.

●Ingredients(for 1 serving)
80 g pasta
1/4 onion
1/2 clove garlic
1 tbsp salad oil
2 red Vienna sausage
2 mushroom
1 bell pepper
1 egg
8 g ×2 butter
some powder cheese
some Tabasco if you like
●Napori sauce(for 1 serving)
60 g ketchup
1 tbsp milk
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
