in realty u can do better at home.this for show.and in real work like %90 of work preping this kind cooking only suit for street vendor .average food average showmanship so u not bored while wait and its not always luxery if was cn cost was so much even steak regular resturants do lot of preps as well but this way cooking need so much more work rpecook .expensive or luxery horel or not style and food isnt about it.when they do rice egg some other think wont be expsnive when u do scolops labsters wagu beef its not fie dining actually .as i said orgin of this and style more like street food but just better ingrentments fine dining is huge wine selection some good desing food some need cooked or prepared long period diffrent methodetc etc u can to those on tepyaki counter top heater with i think japan fine dining not exist luxery isnt mean fine dining and several type of high end japoniese diners as well. people not eat fast food becouse of they cand to it like mcdonold its easier we re lazy even when we had skill wana avoid it and in this kind styple show is important as well at some fine dining they prepared salats ar sde of table wgy becouse of ts enterment pass time without annoy customer while they wait some people even watch heavy machinaries sidewalk from .like watch asrm masage mentality is so far. generally ofc lot of expsnional out there as well but u go for fun u pat for it like when u bar to drink u pat 2-3 drink for entire bottle rpice u can drink at home cheaper but people go to bars sometimes live music some other shows or socialiest when u order rum and coke or neat whisky not becouse of u ant buy and drink them at home.
