I think he means it replaces the 600 model. It went Teradek Bolt, Bolt Pro 300 / 600 / 2000 and now these are the 500 / 1000 / 3000 models.

He also fails to mention there are two versions of the transmitter: SDI only and HDMI / SDI dual port. The latter is the only version that cross converts directly from the transmitter.

I believe you can but you will need to get an adapter that goes from that battery to teradek lemo.

Yeah, Teradek have battery adapters that are terribly overpriced.

Yeah doing any sort of wireless with that sort of audience will cause some dropouts. The best way would be to hard wire them to something.
