Family first and foremost Tab and Donna did some fighting and crying today😩 but here we are for our salad of the day!
I used a wok for the first time and baby I’m gonna have to work on the wrist motion😂 Anywho, dinner is served with a lions mane mushroom salad for the 🏆 win! #tabithabrown #vegan #foodie #lionsmanemushroom #saladchallenge

Make a committment to health. Eliminate, sugar, reduce SALT(use herbs for flavor) sodas, crackers, chips, cheese, fried foods. Add fresh veggies, apples, berries, lean protein, tofu. You can have carbs but good carbs like sweet potatoes. Use non fat Greek yogurt, coconut yogurt. Use extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil. Drink 4-8 glasses of WATER. MOST IMPORTANTLY start exercising at least 30mins each day. Snack on pumpkin seeds, almonds, sunflower, flax and chia seeds. Drink unsweetened almond, oat, soy milks. Hope this helps. Also, mix 1tbsp Braggs Apple Cider vinegar in water in the morning, drink 20 mins before your breakfast. Im down 19lbs in 6mos easy. The acv controls blood sugar and helps lower bp. Good luck sis...you can do it.

Tab, i am taking an online culinary course and learning to toss food was one of the modules. I keep a frying pan on my counter with uncooked rice and uncooked beans in it so that every time go into the kitchen, I practice tossing (over the sink to avoid getting rice and beans all over the floor). Hey Tab that salad looks great. I've never heard of lion's mane mushrooms either. When you were cooking it, it look like shrimp or chicken. So the next time you make it put it over a bowl of cooked quinoa and add fresh tomatoes and avocados. Please be sure to do a video because I want to see you make it and want to know how it taste. I'm trying to come up with healthier meals. I love watching your videos to come up with ideas.
