Tweakers don’t have the torquing capabilities like a screwdriver does so using a tweaker really isn’t the correct tool to use, also you should re-tighten the phoenix connector screws 24 hours later and you’ll notice that you’ll be able to tighten them a little bit more. I know you didn’t do this but you should also never use a flame on shrink wrap/Heat shrink.
