Today we continue our crazy new Terraria playthrough! Of course were our coins = weapon damage! Thanks to the coin mayhem mod, we've been given completely new way of playing the game, were today we start off by trying to catch up to our riches in part 1, as thanks to the Eater of Worlds, we're almost back to square 1... Not to worry though, because with a bit of determination, we're sure to overcome the rut, and soon enough be dealing some mental damage! Enjoy!

Fun fact: catching and cooking bunnies, squirrels, and birds is a great way to make money, using a cooking pot you can turn any of those critters into a meal worth 20 silver

or if you get a bit lucky and find strange plants, you can turn then into dye and those sell for a lot.

@@platypus96175 had to look it up again since I remember collecting and selling the dyes from strange plants for early money, turns out they made it so it only spawn in hard mode when they released 1.4 :(

Since this series relies a lot on selling, it might be a nice idea to actually give a care about NPC happiness. If you sell items to a max happiness NPC, you get 25% more money. To put that into perspective, that means at the end of this video instead of a 350% damage multiplier, he probably would've had over 400%

You should use the Tax Collector as a backup reserve. He's nowhere near as fast as farming, and has a pretty limited reserve of funds, but he could help to get you back up to full damage when you die.

for the platform for wall of flesh, you could use stone platforms instead of wood. Then, the lava slimes can't melt it in expert mode

now things are going to get really interesting, Hardmode is harder than Pre-hardmode, but it also have many more efficient possibilities for money farms

love the playthrough so far! its a really interesting concept. One quick suggestion: I know you state the mod name in the description "Thanks to the coin mayhem mod,..." However some people as noted on the workshop page for that mod had a tough time finding the mod even though it is in the description. Adding a line or even a link to the workshop page may be a viable solution. Since it is on its own line it is more likely to grab peoples attention. Of course its not really needed as simply reading the description works too, but some people are lazy or skimming the description and may miss it. I did at first glance. Again I really like the video and the playthrough. Also, is this streamed? if not, is there a plan for it to be streamed?

Seems like the greedy ring (maybe paired with the treasure magnet or the hand of creation) is all the "damage" accessories you'd need for hardmode.

You need to review the Ice Rod, it's actually pretty busted for how early you get in in hardmode progression. I would recommend this weapon heavily, the damage output is okay, but where it really shines is the projectile fire rate and velocity. If it hits a wall before your cursor it doesn't even make a block, making it very easy to learn how to use to get around 220dps fairly quickly.

I noticed that if you want to sell an item you just click on it and drag it to tinkerers inventory a shortcut for it os to get your crosshair on an item an CTRL+Left click.

Make hellbridges with stone platforms, they resist lava, cost nothing and dont impact performance. There is no reason to use planter boxes nowdays.

during the skeletron fight there was a brief moment where you had live commentary and post commentary overlap. its only a for a little but so its not too bad but still a bit irritating. nice video tho. oh same thing happened at the 300% mark
