This one's criminally underrated in my opinion. Whenever I hear it, I imagine a ton of bees flying around in a room, which is rather fitting. Something about the synths makes it serious and frantic. It's bee-like, for lack of a better descriptor. It has the same "Alright boys, let's get to work!" attitude that the Alternative Day theme does, but implies that there will be certain peril instead of new findings. Totally different from a lot of other tracks. Also, it totally reminds me of the tracks from Dr. Mario on the NES, which have a similar "let's get down to business" attitude. I wonder if the composer was inspired by the Chill theme.
@@noodlepikminThey removed Ocram, alongside other mobile/console exclusive content, for parity with other versions. This is bullshit, because they could've just added the exclusive content to other platforms, as well as reworking some of them. They didn't have to remove the exclusive content, they probably just did that because it was easier.
Subtoxic Zer0 actually he still does... on the mobile and console. On the monitor, he gets the same theme as skeletron prime and those guys... (boss 1 I believe)
i once had a queen bee spawn before i even saw the hive it came from. the only thing i can think is that my twin minions got into it somehow and broke the larva? no idea, but it was pretty funny to be exploring the jungle and see "Queen Bee has awoken!" with no hive in sight
i still remember how when they added the queen bee onto xbox 360, i had summoned 30 consecutive queen bees. everytime i go back to the world i fought them on, theres just tombstone after tombstone from it
I wanted to build a wall around the larva so I wouldn't accidentally break it. Of course I misplaced a block and killed it instead. Still, at this point I was sailing through pre-Hardmode with the Space Gun and Meteor armor, so I beat her on my first try. Got a nice Bee Gun.
one time me and my friend were fighting plantera in our calamity playthrough, and suddenly when she went into phase 2 like 5 queen bees came out of nowhere. 10/10 boss fight.

Why is this so good? Like this is probably more underated than Boss 3. like this one is so good! I dont think it really has a theme, but some parts are very chiptune, and its really good! 0:52 I love this part so much aswell, and the build up to it is killer. Very good, under appreciated track.
today i just found out that if you fight Queen bee in the surface jungle she gets enraged, IVE BEEN FIGHTING QUEEN BEE ENRAGED THE WHOLE TIME??? i literally always build a QB arena in the surface jungle since i didnt wanna bother clearing out a whole chunk of the jungle for a single boss

Me and my sister were playing terraria, very early game (I’m talking within the first like couple hours) we accidentally stumbled upon a beehive and we’re attacked by queen bee.
As it turns out maybe spamming the starfury thoughtlessly to try and light up every part of the underground jungle is actually a bad idea when you know there’s a boss that gets summoned from breaking background objects
Shoutouts to that one time me and my Friend forgot about Queen Bee's existence before beating the Wall of Flesh. By the time we remembered she was a boss... Well. Needless to say, she didn't last very long.
My Boos Theme Tier List: *No. 7: Boss 3* Really this theme fits more in an event like Blood Moon or Martian Madness, although it is king of fitting since the bosses they're used in aren't exactly riveting. *No. 6: Boss 1* There's really nothing wrong with this. It just feels like wasted potential. Ironically, it's pretty forgettable for me other than the first two seconds. *No. 5: Moon Lord* Again, majorly wasted potential with this theme. It's the final boss of the game! Give us something more exciting! Really, this and Boss 1 are interchangeable for me. *No. 4: Golem/LC* THIS is what a boss theme should be. It should be unnerving and still give you adrenaline. I just wish they had used this theme for more fitting bosses... *No. 3: Plantera* Come on, it's Plantera, how could I not put it in the top 3? An excellent remix of the jungle theme and a nice nod to the band the boss is named after. A perfect fit as well since it's slow but you have to be on your toes at all times! *No. 2: Boss 4* I'm currently farming Queen Bee and I gotta say, this theme is AWESOME! An amazing time for the fight, both Queen Bee and Ocram, and gives you a massive adrenaline rush. *No 1. Boss 2* This is the boss theme all the others should aspire to be. Simple, catchy and epic. It can fit just about any boss I can think of since it has the perfect blend of orchestra and 8-bit that I just can't stop loving it.
Random fact: the Larva looks far more like a bee pupa than a bee larva. Bee larvae are worms, while bee pupae are like white, motionless statue versions of the adults.
