It blows my mind that Bobby never played MGS1, considering he could have played it when it first came out. All things considered, stoked to see this longplay!

I wonder if it's like Ghost in the Shell and it just reads their brain. There must be a way to intercept and interpret what goes from our brains to our mouths, in a future where you have optical camouflage.
@@Boyzbyyeah they don't point it out until mgs2 but they use nanocommunications for the codec, which is basically them using the nanomachines in their blood to simulate speech for the codec
toph as the rusty veteran and bobby as the observant newbie is such a good gamer dynamic LMAO. toph knows how to play the game, but bobby helps in where to go and and what to do (hearing colonel say to wait for the elevator, knowing which direction to crawl in the vent.) not to mention mgs1's iconic story - this will be amazing. :) it'd be cool to see you also play at least 2 and 3. the evolution in gameplay is a fun experience, and those seem to be the ones toph remembers all the mechanics from lol.
with old school games like this you should download a pdf of the game manual that comes with the boxed game, its what they did instead of tutorials a lot of the time, so its part of the intended experience
