The story is that Donald had to be snuck in by Twig, through the back door, because he was so painfully shy he couldn't look the receptionist in her eyes, but he really fancied her.
This song was written and recorded during those very sessions, and is a proclaimation of Donald feelings, and also how much he really wanted to do it up the bum with her.
