I was so disgusted by the crème eggs on sale in Sainsburys that I bought one, so one less on the shelves. I’ll go back every week until there’s none left. That’ll show them.

This caricature is so spot-on. I beat someone in an argument at work very recently (it was the about the old ‘Winterval’ trope) and once they knew they were beaten they instantly resorted to “Ah, but it could have been true and you wouldn’t have been surprised…. blah… PC…. blah woke…. blah muslims.” You can’t win.

I didn't have so much luck. I was debating a woke leftie re climate change here on YT who said that China had a tiny CO2 per capita and were leading the World in lowering emissions because all the climate experts told them so. I asked them to Google this and that i) China is higher than the UK per capita and has been for decades and ii) China is increasing at a rate of knots. Guess what they came back said I was right but started banging on about the Industrial Revolution, the Transatlantic Slave Trade and the Global South (much of which seems to be in the North)... phew that's why they call them the Looney Left. Am I right or am I right?

Surprised Colin didn't go on about how woke Easter is, what with the pagan idea that Easter (originally called Eostre, the pagan fertility goddess of humans and crops) was a fertility celebration. This is why we have chocolate eggs.

This is so funny. I think selling Easter eggs this early is a bit ridiculous but Colin is always so funny, blaming some sort of conspiracy and the national trust for everything... it it’s funny thinking about some old white grandma plotting to overthrow the state and install a new government, whether that be his nightmare of an LGBT run state, or ISIS.
