When did you last try parallel parking? I've seen many recent videos of very successful parallel parking of Teslas. What software version are you using?
In July of 2024, after *four* *years* in development, FSD still cannot handle diagonal or slanted parking spots. And FSD cannot pull in straight to a parking spot. Backing in works great, but it is often too slow in a busy parking Lot.
my car technically has those ultrasonic sensors but I think Tesla disabled the features of them. I maybe misinformed however. I remember reading articles of Tesla removing them from cars at service centers as well.
@FSDdriver Quite crappy to purchase a vehicle with the system then it gets deactivated. In Sweden where I live you get your money back if the product differs from the original specs within 3 years of purchase.
@@norbertmayer7005@norbertmayer7005 A fellow RU-vidr mentioned how great it is to get software updates overnight so the car feels new. The other side of the coin is you might lose features.
@FSDdriver Then I suppose you don't own your car. A guy in gothenburg just got a decision from the consumer advocate for Tesla to buy back his 2022 with full price.
