Many other bands out there from the 80's. They all rock ! Tesla, def lep, white lion. You name it, they all have good vibes and great riffs ! The drummers rock too ! Rock on my Boi 🤘
I wish I had a son like you. 😂 I only had daughters and they didn’t appreciate this great music I grew up listening to. Tesla was a no nonsense rock band in the middle of the spandex, hair spray, and makeup era. The record execs fiddled with them early but they came through as a regular guy rock band. Making Magic and Hanging Tough! Love these guys. ☮️
Underrated by whom? These guys were massive during the day - one of the top bands. Selling millions of albums and selling out stadium tours year after year.
I'm pretty ashamed of myself this evening...just listened to this full album for the first time and I'm 47! It came out when I was in high school, and I liked their music, but I never delved into it! Album is solid and quite stellar! I guess I'm better late than never...
Not quite as good as debut…. Still a HELLUVA record!!!! I listened to these 2 records constantly as a HS senior/college freshman! Was watching the day MTV debuted “Modern Day Cowboy”! Hooked near instantly!
I kicked cancers ass last year and it's songs like this that are big motivators for one to reach down and realise just how strong you really are. Tesla is my favorite band of all time. I love these guys and thanks for soooo many good songs. Fuck cancer!!!!
Amen Tesla is/has been my #1band for Many years they just seem to be an integral part of my little part of the Rock world since the late '80s when I first fell in love with their music and more Damn thats been a few years but honestly just part of what I want to sax😘✌🎶😘
"You stay locked away inside your room because you don't know what this world is coming to. You hum many parts because you don't know the words. And the piper will play because he don't know what to say. He's a lot like you. Yeah. He's a lot like you. Yeah. He tries hard every day... to be free... and fly away."
First song I showed my boy , I Hope and Pray he gets it free , rock and roll is a freedom movement from the pushback from the in enslavement we are under. Think about it
The LAST BAND I EVER SEEN LIVE! I’d seen Pink Floyd.. 11 months earlier but once I seen these guys coming to Birmingham Alabama.. I had to GO! 3 Encores later.. I knew I belonged! 😎😂😂😉❤️💪🏾🤟🏽
Tesla is one of the greatest rock bands ever.Saw them 2 weeks ago in Pigeon Forge Tennessee.Heading to see them again tomorrow night in Knoxville Tenn with Lynyrd Skynyrd.Cant wait!!!!
I was playing this at my local food store today to send a message to everyone to help get through the pandemic. One of the employees was jamming to it!
I have had a crush on him since the first time I saw/heard Tesla back in the 80s when I was pregnant and unable to work and MTV used to actually play only play real music videos!😘✌🎶😉😁
Met these guys ( all except Tommy - he left a couple yrs before) in Atlanta , after a show they had Great guys , super nice - even invited me on the bus for a bit to hang out Always be one of my favorite bands This album was so constant in my high school life , summer before senior year Never forget it !
I was 11 when I met my future brother-in-law. He was driving an early 80s camaro. He asked if I'd heard "hang tough" as I went on a store run with him. I said oh no not that new kids on the block shit?! He said oh no, this is way more kick ass. Damned if he wasn't correct!
I just can't find the words for My thoughts about this Whole Tesla group of awesome people that I owe my 🌎🌌to for many reasons over a number of years!😘✌🎶🐞!!
Remembering my college days back in the 90's listening to this awesome band and until now that I'm already 51, still singing this song and the whole GREAT RADIO CONTROVERSY album. Keep on rocking guys!!!
I can't count how many times I've had this in my phones while running. More than a hundred times, for sure. I used to crank this song when I ran 30.kilometers on the country side, a couple of years ago. Good times ✨
What a great opening. What a great song. Favorite Tesla one. I watched it for the first time on the Video Walls of a club after Bonfire concert in Athens, Greece.
Bought this cassette in February 1989 at the PX at MCRD San Diego right after graduating boot camp having been paid and awaiting the trip to the airport for 10 days leave before MCT and SOI.....ran alot of miles during liberty listening to this.....
@@pihkal5852 dude my dad died of it. And he definitely didn't deserve it. Neither did the other half million people dies from it. Or the hundreds of thousands of people's live ruined by it. You just made the most ass a holic comment I've EVER read on the tube. Consider yourself reported. Douche bag
It should be this band is so underrated and they do have a following they came out at the end of the hair era and never disappeared long live rock and roll brother. I sometimes say Tesla the last real American rock band ✌️☮️🤙
