Hi Adam, it's just the rear windscreen that actually has the embedded heating in the Model 3, the front windscreen just heats in the usual air flow manner. I think the Jaguar i-Pace has a fully heated front windscreen, so wouldn't be surprised if that's something that's brought in for future models.
