Tesseract ATV box review for Can-Am Outlander

Purchased a Tesseract box for my Outlander XMR 1000 with the Jerry Can on top.
The company does not give any paper instructions but they do have online videos on their site. I forgot to mention that the rubber inserts that go in the rack that the box screws into have two Allen key bolts. These need to be tightened to expand them in the hole to make them secure so the box becomes secure once screwed to them.

$700, you'd think that would be the worst part. Turns out actually finding them in stock is lol. 2022 Outlander Max Limited looks real good with 40L fuel and 20L water though :P

Hey brother. Did you loosen the two screws on the top plate of the rubber inserts? Loosening those a little bit makes it easier to push those rubber mounts into your rack. You then tighten them up and the rubber will bulge out and really grab in there with extra pressure.

4”-4 1/2” . It tapers so that would be the top of the box.

@@derrickmorrison8845 I mentioned the rubber inserts that go in the CanAm rack from Tesseract but I forgot to mention in review that there are two Allen keys bolts that need to be tightened so they expand inside the hole. The company doesn’t provide any paper instructions. They just have videos but don it mention or give online links.

Here it is in Canada but out of stock. Also you have to order jerry can and mount separately. But it is Russian and sanctions probably means it won’t be available for a long time. revco.ca/tesseract-130l-rear-cargo-box-for-can-am-outlander/
